McKain went above & beyond selling me a 2018 Chevy Traverse. There was no-pressure and I didn't feel rushed at all. Mckain is very trustworthy and straight forward and listened to all my needs. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. He showed me multiple vehicles that he thought would be fit for my family and I. Final price was exactly as negotiated and no last-minute surprises. Will never bring my vehicle here again. The SLOWEST work on the face of the planet.. honestly with the time I spent there today I could have gotten on the Internet, learned how to do everything I needed, and had it completed in the time it took these clowns to do it. With the time I spent there today they should’ve paid me for wasting my day.

You can’t make a service appointment here and expect for anything to be done in a timely manner. A 2:30 appointment to check/repair or replace a flat TIRE.. 45 minutes after appointment and it hasn’t been touched yet. We also pre paid for maintenance (waste of money) that includes oil change and we take it elsewhere for said oil changes because they take 3 hours for that type of appointment. Josh and Mark in service helped me with a recent repair. I did not get the work completed right away, but they stood behind the quote I was given previously. I felt like they kept me informed, was so helpful, offered me a car to drive if I needed it. I felt like their customer service was excellent! Thanks guys for getting me back on the road again!

Horrible Service Department!!! Very Sexist Comments. Denied any problems with car. No updates during long wait. Will Never return or recommend.
