Our remodeling project was successful because we made the decision to use Hardwoods of Nashville to install hardwood flooring in our three bedrooms. Jennifer responded promptly to our inquiry, measured, discussed options, and completed the flooring project in a timely manner. Harold's installers were skillful, dependable, hardworking and trustworthy. It would be very difficult to find a nicer or more competent company to install wood flooring. I do not even want to give them 1 star, but I had to in order to leave a comment. To give the short version, my hardwood floors are still not fixed and the customer service has been terrible. Do NOT buy from Hardwoods of Nashville. WORST experience ever!
