This is our second experience and second house with Hardwood Flooring Services. They did another fantastic job. From the no-pressure approach when making a selection to the professional and courteous installation crew, we couldn't be more pleased. Should we have another need for wood flooring in the future we will not hesitate to contact them again.
I'm with Kelly in that I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. I picked HFS because of the Yelp reviews and couldn't be happier! We had four bedrooms refloored with engineered hardwood. The team of installers sent to our house each had between 7 and 14 years of experience installing hardwood floors. They were experts at their craft, installed exactly what we ordered and completed the job in the timeframe they told us. This was a big commitment for our family and I'm so glad we selected HFS to do the job!

Mike & Pam Round Rock Hardwood Flooring is family owned & operated & we have never been treated so well when making a purchase. Andrea was always pleasant & very helpful no matter how busy or tired she may of been. Bob was generous with information but never pressured us. From initially walking in their storefront to "check them out" based on investigating reviews on Angie's List to the final wave good-bye, we were consistently impressed by their knowledge of wood flooring, attention to detail, professionalism, and the results. We are delighted with Hardwood Flooring Services family business professionalism and the products they sell and install. We had three rooms completed in August of 2009 (Study, Formal Dinning Room and Living room) and once you go to wood you can not go back to carpet because you notice that you have less dust in the rooms and it so much easier to keep clean.
