I ordered luxury vinyl planks from Jason at Hardwood Bargains. I needed flooring that is water proof and hold up well for my Cupcake shop. My shop has high traffic and vinyl is holding up wonderfully! Jason was the best and definitely would recommend him and Hardwood Bargains!

The best customer service ever from Justin!!!!! & the quality of the andora oak engineered wood was thicker & nicer than my other samples from different vendors. Great product & great company!
Completely dissatisfied with the support after purchase. Bought the HW Bargains brand of oiled flooring. Was told they would be able to come back annually to oil the floors for a cost of course. No problem. It's a sham. Things changed. They supposedly don't do that anymore. Now they say floors only need to be oiled every five years. Ha! They look like crap. Can't find anyone to service this type of flooring. Worst $20,000 plus investment ever!
We were referred to this place by our co-worker. They have the best deal we can find in Austin. The place is well organized and has many options. Peter is extremely helpful to help us pick out our floor and get us a good deal on the pricing also. He is very easy to work with. I enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended.
Had a great experience with Jason at hardwood bargains, he was patient and prompt with replying to my questions. We had a slight hiccup in the process and he was great to work with, helping me through the process. We love our floors, they've been in for about 3 weeks and it's the first thing anyone comments on when they come in the house. I found the color and wide plank I wanted that I couldn't find anywhere else in town, for a reasonable price. Thanks!!!
We just got our gorgeous hickory wood flooring from Hardwood Bargains, all the way out here in the Aloha State! I did everything online and over the phone with the help of my amazing sales manager, Blake Chaffee. If you want top notch, no pressure, highly knowledgeable, super friendly help, Blake is your man. I had to deal with logistics of finding a third party shipper to ship my flooring out to Hawaii, and Blake was super helpful and patient working with me every step of the way. I love my new floors from Hardwood Bargains. I heard about them from our installer after I was unable to find exactly what I wanted form some of the other large flooring stores in Austin. I am sooo glad I went to Hardwood Bargains! Not only did they have the exact flooring to match what I wanted, but the price was lower than any other flooring store.
