I lived in these apartment for just over two years. I loved it for a while. The location was great, the maintenance on the property was prompt, and the laundry area was convenient and well kept. This being said, I'm glad we moved out when we did. In the last year l lived there, off-campus student apartment options started popping up around UTC. Overall great service! Great on-site management and maintenance. Location is superb especially if you are affiliated with the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. If you want a quite in town apartment in an old historical, well kept building, you might consider looking at 600 Georgia Avenue. Laundry, trash, and recycling disposal are all in the basement. Great location, great neighbors, great managemnt. Parking is an issue as well as landury. Price goes up each year, but management works with you. Three starts because of Parking and Landury. Other then that great place.
