We have lived here for 3 years and have had 3 management companies. In the beginning it was great but as the property changed hands, the building declined. Yet, rent has increased every year. There is no on-site management or management presence, therefore, no pride in the conditions. Every day the building REEKS of pot. The odor leaks into your apartment so there is no getting away from it. Multiple complaints to management with no real action. There is trash on the stairs regularly. I lived in these apartment for just over two years. I loved it for a while. The location was great, the maintenance on the property was prompt, and the laundry area was convenient and well kept. This being said, I'm glad we moved out when we did. In the last year l lived there, off-campus student apartment options started popping up around UTC. Overall great service! Great on-site management and maintenance. Location is superb especially if you are affiliated with the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. If you want a quite in town apartment in an old historical, well kept building, you might consider looking at 600 Georgia Avenue. Laundry, trash, and recycling disposal are all in the basement.
