Excellent customer service. These guys helped out tremendously after i purchased tunes and deletes. I had a bunch of issues none of which were their fault, Ryan and his guys made sure all issues were fixed and tunes operated as they should. Real stand up guys.
Just want to thank Hardway Performance for the excellent customer service. Just did the V23.2 update on my 2015 Cummins and every issue I had was resolved. I am very happy with the way the truck runs now and appreciate all the help from the staff. Keep up the good work and thanks again!

Can't help their customers out or get back to them .. spend all kinds of money on a tune to have it not work to its fullest. . Still don't have the exhaust brake warm up figured out !! But every other Turner has it figured out. . Stay away from their tunes for 2013+ ram 2500 cummins .. unless you wanna be left in the dark as to what's going on ! Shit service. .
Ordered the csp5 autocal for my 2012 cummins and the performance is outta this world! Very pleased with everyone's help and the tunes! Y'all have earned all my business in the future! Thanks y'all!
