I got EFI Live from Hardway last August and loved it, but I was hoping for a little better mileage. After contacting Ryan and Sean about getting a revised tune, I received it shortly after and I realized I'm totally computer illiterate. I emailed back asking for help but not being able to deal during the week do to my schedule, Rob responded by offering his help on a SATURDAY! He walked me through it Saturday morning and it worked like a charm! Thanks Ryan, Rob, Sean and everyone else at Hardway!
I have a 2012 Longhorn that came to life with Hardway's tune. Absolutely amazing customer service and technical help can't say enough 100% love everything about them Rob is the man always willing to help anytime if it ain't Hardway its no way
My only regret, is that I don't have more money. Deleted and tuned my 15 and it'll definitely hold me over until I can drop the compound kit in! Hardway for the win!
