I would like to thank Rob for helping me out today. It runs great and clean now. Glad I went with you guy's.
I had the best experiance with Ryan and the whole hardway crew. He took my truck in at 4:30 at night and i had it back by 2 the next day. He showed me around and treated me like he knew me for years. I recommend anyone with a diesel looking for more out of their truck to go to hardway performance. You won't be disappointed...great group of people. Now i have a real diesel truck. A hardway diesel !
The best place in the Emerald Coast ,great guys excellent customer service and professional technicians.
I love the tune however I'm not a fan of having to call daily every two hours hoping to get a person on the phone. My emails go unanswered and the fine print isn't shown anywhere. Turns out hardway tunes don't support the exhaust brake on cold remote startups. Coming from a minimaxx I expected only more features and better results. Unfortunately H&S going out of business and hardway after sale support are about the same. NONEXISTENT!
