I had a local shop install efi live from hardway in my 2013 cummins a few months back. I went back today to get the new updated tune files and something went wrong where the files wouldn't load due to some type of vin problem. This all occurred after hours and the guys from hardway were reached on the phone by the local shop and were able to get the problem fixed. Great customer service along with the awesome new update deserves no less than 5 stars.
Ordered some upgrades for my Cummins and everything arrived on the 2nd day. Tuning is top notch, really unleashed the power!!! Very happy with my overall experience and will choose Hardway in the future for all my Cummins performance needs! Thanks!
Hardway installed a new lift pump and fuel sump on my Duramax. The sales staff and techs are super awesome and their work is very clean and well done. They got me scheduled in quickly and my truck was in and out within a day. These guys really know what they're doing. I will be back!
I finished a trip cross country and rolled straight into the shop in okaloosa. Excellent customer service, performed a kill test and came to a conclusion the same day. I received my truck back in a timely manner and even spoke a little about what things to expect. Injectors and feed tubes were installed correctly and I couldn't be happier. These guys know what their doing and I would totally recommend them to anyone I meet in the area. Everyone down at Hardway Performance have been beyond helpful. i have tuned a hand full of different trucks with their tunes and they are always there to help with any questions or issues. i do and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking to tune a newer cummins.
