I just moved in a few months ago and I’m impressed by the Harding Street Lofts. The industrial design is beautiful and I love the concrete floors! The exterior is well maintained, maintenance is great, and having a gym here is perfect for when I don’t feel like driving to the gym. One of the highlights Ive had living here has been management. I recently moved in to Harding Street Lofts and I am very happy with my experience thus far. Management has been great - Tori was helpful throughout the application and leasing process and Tim from maintenance is quick to respond to maintenance requests. The common areas are clean and the outdoor spaces are welcoming. I would recommend Harding Street Lofts.
I've lived here for almost two years now and I plan to stay. The prices are reasonable, you're close to downtown, easy highway access, and I have only had to call maintenance twice for very minimal issues. I've had bad experiences with other places that I have rented from in the past but Tori (Property Manager) and the maintenance team have been one of the main reasons that I have decided to stay. Love taking a tour here!! Would 10/10 recommend torri she is so funny and sooo professionally written and well put together she is such a huge blessing for this property! Love how clean the property is.
