****BAD SERVICE**** – ****BAD SERVIVE*****DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! I had a major tune up and timing belt replaced on my vehicle here. When I picked it up it ran worse then when I dropped it off. Management said how do I know it didn't run like this when you brought it in. Had to argue and bring the vehicle back three different times vehicle never ran right again. Again do not take your vehicle here! They are Hackers that use Hatchets.
great place to repair car – these guys at harder auto not only treat me like a customer but i have noticed several times they treat me like a friend,they are very welcoming & honist , i have been goning there for over ehigt years not one time i have been sorry, bleave me you would'nt be either , try them for your selves. you will be glad you did. thanks
Great place for auto repair – I like the way I'm treated.When I bring my car in for service,they come out to greet me,not ignore me.They're concerned about the well being of your car,like a doctor is about his patients.I recommend them to all my friends,family,and church members.Theres a lot more to be said,but experience is the best teacher.Try them for yourself.
I highly recommend Harder Automotive – I was waiting for my car to be smogged and another customer drove in. An elderly lady complaining about her car making a noise. She said it was rattling from the front as she drove and another mechanic told her it needed an axle. The mechanic that was doing my smog told her to drive forward, and then back up again. He then pulled off the hub cap and took it into the shop. A minute later he returned and put it back on, and told her to pull forward and back again. Noise was gone. He told ... read more
Good Place For Repair – I have been doing Business with Harder Automotive Repair for over 15 years and found them to be very reliable, friendly and treat me and my cars in a very professional way. I have never had any kind of a followup problem nor ever needed a followup after a repair. I would happily recommend them to my friends.
STAY AWAY – This place is no good a bunch of backyard mechanics. I went there to have a repair and went back several times to have the repair repaired over and over and over. Not worth the time or money, they don't know what they're doing so stay away.
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.....AT ALL – I had a really bad experience with this place This guy you take your car for a reparation. You pay him $400 - $500 and he gives you a warranty stating that the labor and all the parts have warranty. Once its done, and you come back next day telling him that the car makes noises after he fixed it, he says that he doesnt have time to check it. He is reallyyyyy rude. He only says "I DONT HAVE TIME" he doesnt even say sorry or something....And if you get upset, he starts saying ... read more
