Me an my wife decided it was date night and stumbled upon hard rock cafe down town seattle, my dining experience was terrible my order was not fulfilled the 1st time or the 2nd time. And the food quality is not up to standard i was very disappointed and left feeling dissatisfied. My wife had already finished eating and her plate taken away before i even got my miserable second order :(

Last night, I took my daughter to see Grease at the 5th Ave Theater, and we decided that we wanted to eat at the Hard Rock before the show. I called on Saturday to try to make a reservation for Sunday dinner, to be told that it wasn't an option. Then I asked the person on the phone how the crowd was on Sunday at about 5pm because we had a 7pm show. She told us that we should be fine. Therefore, after walking 8 blocks through the rain, I was shocked to learn that the restaurant was closed for a private event! Even more angry ... read more
Horrible customer service when we asked the doorman how far they needed us to go out while smoking he said " what the fuck do I know just fuck off "
The server was crap but the food was delish! Great Music Too.
