terrible bad horrible service! our server took at least 15 minutes, just to check our IDs! but at least the drinks were heavy.
Management was rude, will never go to the one in Seattle again

Awesome drinks, atmosphere, and view! Went the weekend of the inauguration and the women's rights movement and it was pretty much empty. Definitely recommend it though!
Kind of pricey....the food was so so, nothing special, but our server was very good

We collect Hard Rock Cafes so of course had to visit the Seattle location when we were nearby. Our server, Danielle, was excellent and totally went "above & beyond" for us. The other staff members who interacted with us were friendly also. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
