The Seattle hard rock café should be changed to the R&B hip-hop pop café. I have been to the hard rock café in Las Vegas many times and it was great. A lot of the reason you go to the hard rock is to look at the memorabilia and listen to the music of rock 'n' roll musicians. I was there last night for an hour and a half they played one AC/DC song and one Metallica song. They played Bruno Mars songs ,Beyoncé song , and various R&B pop and hip-hop songs. Third time coming to this establishment and I will never again return. We waited fifteen minutes for our server to greet us, and thirty minutes total for our drinks to arrive. Every time I have been here the service is horrendous, slow, and unfriendly. I enjoy the food, drinks, and atmosphere; but I can not spend my hard earned money coming to this restaurant just to be extremely unhappy and disappointed.

Hard Rock Cafe has great food and is one of the top music venues in Seattle!
We were there for a musical show upstairs. They did not have enough staff working and when we asked the manager about it, he claimed that they never know how to prepare for those shows because sometimes they get 40 people, sometimes 200. So unfortunately, they seriously understaffed this time. The manager and the staff handled our complaints with grace though.
