I've been to many Hard Rock locations, but this was the first that I ever left without ordering. Mind you that I would have liked to, but the service was so bad that after 15-minutes of waiting, I would have expected a tip rebate if I waited any longer for for the waiter to even acknowledge that I had been seated !!

Sat up on the roof top bar yesterday, the weather was great. The food was delicious. And our waitress was absolutely spot on. She worked the whole roof herself and got her own food orders. I will be back. Lots of great stuff from all my music heroes!
Had lunch on the roof top with a fantastic view on a beautiful sunny day . Chylynn was the waitress, she provided Excellent Excellent customer service. Chylynn already had another Pepsi coming for me before I got to ask her for another re-fill , she read my mind 😊Food was delicious and Chylynn handled all the orders herself. She needs a raise , definitely keep her around. Great atmosphere in the whole restaurant . I will for sure come back again in the future.

Food was cold. My little ones Fishsticks were so over cooked they could not even eat them. Staff was unfriendly acted like we were bugging them when ever we asked for anything. never check on us for refills or anything. Was looking forward to eating at the Seattle location. We loved the one is Vegas. Will not be returning.

The service was horrible. It took 15 minutes take an order for drinks, however 7 minutes.... low and behold our drinks came. Took our food order at 1930 and at 2030..... it came out..... cold! Worst Hard Rock experience ever and I've been to quite a few. Because of the cold food, they did give us 50% off. That was cool of them. I hope they were just having a bad night.... because it does happen. Don't plan on going back anytime soon though.

Service was bad. We felt ignored by the server even though it wasn't busy. Food mediocre. The chicken sandwich was supposed to have mustard on it but we didn't taste it.

Looks Dingy, not great service and they kept my credit card...lots of tourists there so felt unsafe �
