Mediocre service and food and the bathrooms were pretty disgusting and dirty
The food was terrible. We won’t be going back! Came out lukewarm and flavorless.
Completely no idea how to cook a steak, nachos came out colder than lukewarm, had run out of mineral water at 6:00pm.
Food is on par with your average pub. The 3 stories is cool with the open roof top bar. It makes up for the food.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. We sat in the bar - didn’t get served so we had somebody move us to a table hoping we would get helped and it still took FOREVER! & Our waiter kept forgetting everything we asked for. The food was fantastic but the service was not good.

Food and service was excellent, place was very busy as we were there for a concert and our waiter was excellent.
First time ever going to Hard Rock Cafe and the food was great! Best ribs and fajitas! Also they accomadate for food allergies which is awesome because alot of restaurants dont and the gentlemen that waitws on us was super nice and made sure the food was safe for my daughter. Definitely would do again!! We were there today actually!
