Love this place food was amazing and the customer service was on point
Never again walking into this place, worst experience ever in a Hard Rock cafe, no wonder this place is empty.

Came into Seattle for a few short hours to grab dinner and drinks with some friends before our flight back home... from the amazing customer service at the host desk to our stellar server/bartender on the rooftop, made it one hell of an amazing visit! Such a nice view, unstoppable laughter and great memories made! Thank you Steven (bartender/server) for making our visit hysterically enjoyable! Can’t wait to come back again!!!
