Definitely a good restaurant to visit!!! We went to the Chicago location. Everything tasted great & we got the souvenir glasses!!!

Atmosphere was excellent, service was great! Drinks were cold but weak. Food was okay. We got the potato skins appetizer which was good. Pulled chicken sandwich was more like a chicken breast grilled and then cut into chunks. Didn't like it. Hubby got a shredded chicken sandwich and he didn't like it either.
Went a couple years ago and great as they always are. Love all the Hard Rock Cafe's.

Can't rave about it but pleasant service, good drinks makes it good stop.
Went here with one of my friends who was in from out of town and we had an amazing experience. Our waiter Zac was THE BEST EVER. He was hilarious, answered all of our menu questions and random questions (We wanted to know if he could play a Taylor Swift song on the loud speaker and tv system for us and he did!!!). Service was fast and our food was hot right as it got to the table. What an amazing place! Music lovers, if you haven't been, ASK FOR ZAC!!!!!! He also has really cool pins on his apron!
