We went here to celebrate my daughter's 12th birthday and the staff could not have been better, from the valet to the waiter to the manager who stopped by, everyone did the best they could for us and showed they cared that we had a great experience. The food was awesome as well (I had the brisket burger - incredible) and their coconut mojitos are great, too. Wonderful experience and wonderful food!

Great food, very friendly service, and awesome decor
At the beginning everything was perfect, the service the food, not the drinks but they were OK. But when we was going to pay the server ask us for the money so we gave him $100 expecting the change so we can give him a tip. But he never bring back our change so I went and ask him then he punched me in my back took the money he owed us and threw the bills in a table �� We never expected that!!! Wonderful party for New Years Eve. I'm a comedian/Singer and I wanted to try something different for NYE so me and my wife found this event and we were very impressed. Ample security, great food, four awesome djs (one from Las Vegas we were actually familiar with), great atmosphere. I would definitely do the Hard Rock Cafe NYE event next year! Charles was our waiter. He was awesome and very attentive. We never had to ask for refills. Food was good and we enjoyed looking around at the memoribilia.
