We ate there last night. One of our kids ordered the club with no tomato. It came with tomato and told the server and he took it back to the cooks and came right back with it with tomatoes taking off. Same sandwich they just took tomatoes off and reserved. She could tell right off and didn't eat it. Girlfriend said not the servers fault but he had to seen them do it and come right back with it. I stopped in to grab some travel pins for a friend out of state. Everyone was friendly, the place is very clean, and it has a great atmosphere. The food I'm sure is just as good.
Very well staffed and, all the staff is very nice ! Love it �!
My son wanted to eat here for his 13th Birthday. What a disappointment. Food was cold and under cooked. The chicken fajitas were cold. The chicken taste like some Tysons frozen strips. Awful. Our bill was $170. Total waste of money. Gift shop associates were in our faces every couple seconds. They made us feel uncomfortable so we left.
Came to this location for the first time yesterday. I've always loved Hard Rock Cafe. The employees at this location are amazing and kind.
If you have not visited this location you MUST give it a try. Great atmosphere, wonderful employees, so much history and the BEST Bartender ever "HANSON"
I hard rock BUT serves stinks! We ordered nachos and have been waiting 25 minutes. This is horrible!
