Great waiter great hostess! Good food good service
The scenery was awesome! It was really cool, the food was good, but the service was terrible.
The service was slow. The food choices was slim. And over priced. We had better food and service at Pier 14. And cheaper. The only thing here was the memorabilia hanging on the walls
The food was fantastic but service could be better.
Mistakes were taken care of on my end, but on our table as a whole, not very good with drink refills, took forever for our waiter to come by, and it there were many tables open even though there was a 30-40 minute wait. Good, but not as good as it was when the Hard Rock Cafe was the pyramid. Now I feel like it looks very modern and has lost some of its classic rock style.
