The worst experience ever. From the service to the food beyond terrible for such a high volume restaurant and extremely poor management. All they cared about was getting you into the gift shop
Always enjoy going to the Hard Rock. In the new building this time and wife ordered the new BBQ sandwich. Good food and good service
Place looks smaller than the old one. The staff was nice, and the food came out pretty quick. Had a party of 5 but was sat at a 4 chair table with a chair pulled up to the end. Looks like they would have better seating available, oh and it cost 115.00 buck for lunch. WTF?
Been to multiple Hard Rocks around the U.S. and have not been disappointed. Food was hot and timely. As well as wonderful service by Justin. Keep up the good work and wonderful music.

I can't believe people complain like they do for such little inconveniences... People make mistakes. That's people... loved our trip... (first time) and I'm very much looking forward to our next trip. My family of 5 was thoroughly entertained and fed. That's a good thing. For the people who complain, stick to McDonalds or Long John Silvers...
