My family and I have visited numerous Hard Rock Cafes in many states and have always had superior service and marvelous food, unfortunately we had one of the worst experiences we have ever had at the Hard Rock Cafe in Myrtle Beach. Love all the memorabilia! Fast service. No wait. Pricey drinks.
Ate there couple weeks ago it was terrible the food was awful nothing good about it
Ate here w/ a party of 5 last night, early supper. No wait, service was a little slow but I think we were at shift change. Lots of food, all very good. Minor details brought down score: tried to seat us at a high top even though my husband was using a cane, when I explained that wouldn't work for him, she stared at me (I blame that on young age) Ordered a salad for me and the big appetizer platter for all the boys...which all came about 2 min before our entrees. Took over 10 minutes to be seated even though the restaurant was not busy. Someone in our party warned us that this was not a good sign and we should go somewhere else. We stayed and it was a big mistake. We waited 6 and half minutes and the server never came to greet the table. Completely unacceptable. As we got up to leave a server who had walked past us multiple times said "Thanks for coming have a nice day!" Then host told us to "Thanks for coming in folks!" Will not be returning!
The food and service was great. The only complaint was that the AC isn't working and no plans to fix it because of the new place being worked on to open this fall. When you spend $80.00+ it would be nice as a customer to be put first and not as a bottom line.
Live in Myrtle Beach Sc and it's one of my favorites always, great food, great service. Try the Twisted Mac & Cheese, it awesome. Rock on Hard Rock, Rock on!!!
