The food was awful over cooked, the band wasn't good for a Saturday night. It took forever to get drinks or waited on , our server seemed like she was already buzzing she seemed very forgetful. $50.00 for over priced over cook appetizers, I wouldn't recommend eating there.
The staff was wonderful! The food was excellent and there was a new flatbread item that was like a pizza (but they don't call it that) and it was awesome. Melonie was a great waitress. And we marveled at watching a well-oiled machine from the manager to the waitstaff to the crew. It was great!!!
We had a great visit to Hard Rock Café! The dinner was delicious and the servings sizes were enough to take for seconds! Shout out to Temerous (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly)! He was one of the best waiters I've had at any restaurant in quite a while. He was very helpful, super polite and friendly, and made our whole experience as amazing as it could be. It is sad to see the pyramid go, but glad we got to enjoy one more time.
I was there Labor Day night and the band was phenominal! I heard the music and ran up the stairs and started to record them on my phone. I never seen the biggest smile from the band member. Wish I would have got his phone number. I'm talking gorgeous. The band was outstanding and the atmosphere was just beautiful. Definitely going back!!!!
Decent food, decent service, wait time to be seated was good, server was a little slow but was a Sat. night in a prime location so it was better than we expected. Over all experience was above average & recommendable.
My family and I visited Hard Rock in Myrtle Beach on August 14th 2016. Upon being seated, our server Sherri- who by far was awesome in everyway- took our order promptly etc. While sitting at the table, the air conditioner vent began to leak water on me, every few seconds. We looked for Sherri, but asked another hostess to please be moved. She gave a nasty look and said she would return. She never did! I continued to get dripped on, and finally a manager was contacted. Was disrespected by the waitress the whole time and didn't get checked on once until she brought the check to me. I was going to leave a tip, but don't worry I'll keep this professional.
Had a good time with tru sol jammin and hanging with the ladies
