It's been awhile since I've been out here! The ribs were tuff, the brisket was dry, no flavor! I want be going back!
A must when I get to Dallas. These guys do an amazing job.

The real deal Texas BBQ. Everything here is awesome. The brisket, sausage, jalapeño sausage, chicken poppers, roasted 🌽it's all excellent!!! Highly recommend!!!!
These guys are awesome. Is it possible to give them 10 stars? I used to think that Rudy's was the best Texas Bar-B-Que. And I still like Rudy's. But only if there is no Hard Eight around. If Rudy's is across the street and Hard Eight is 20 miles away? It's adios Rudy's - hola Hard Eight. This place rocks and the folks there are as good as the food.
Probably the best BBQ in the DFW area! Just make sure you don't let your eyes overload your platter!!
