I would rate it at a 5, but as in any business there is always room for improvement. We were extremely happy with our 1st experience. Will go back again.
It really wasn't that good especially for the price, the ribs were cold and seemed like they were just warmed up, the bacon wrapped shrimp and chicken was cold and really nasty. On the other hand the brisket was the best I have ever had.
Great atmosphere, great staff, most important GREAT BBQ!!! I always leave fuller than a tick,,, BBQ done right and amazing Banana pudding!
Every chance I get to go to Texas I will definitely stop by. Food is always great and so is the staff.

There is a sign out front! If this is your first time ordering. Ask the pit master. This is the 2nd time I've been to hard 8 bbq. It is like the soup [hic] from sinefield. You have to know what you want and what weight. Your eyes are bigger than your stomach. The brisket is awesome, my friend does not eat meat or pork had chicken turkey, and so many sides. This was my first taste of Texas bbq. It is amazing!
One of the best places to eat, great atmosphere delicious food and very friendly people since the minute you get there until the minute you left. Thanks for the nice experience Hard Eight BBQ-Coppell.
