I thought Pecan Lodge was supposed to be the best BBQ in Dallas, but iron a friend there and the wait was too long for the poor quality food, plus they ran out of ribs before5pm. By comparison the wait was shorter and the food and service exceptional. From here on this s is our go to for special occasions,or even just a BBQ jones :)

Love how you walk up and get your meat right off the grill. Food was great! My wife and I had two meals plus desert and only cost us $40 I would definitely recommend this place.

Great concept! Great food! Great atmosphere! Here's a tip... Look for the exact pieces of meat you want. If you went to a BBQ and they asked you if you want burger, chicken or steak, you'd probably just pick what sounds good. But...here, look at the grill for freshness. All BBQ dries out if on the grill too long. Just look at your decision before making it. They make it easy here and will probably just answer your freshness/doneness concerns of you ask. I will go here again! Great time!
Best BBQ I've had in texas yet!! The atmosphere was great also! Wish i lived closer!
Everything is awesome. Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs and it doesn't matter because the portions are perfectly oversized for take home!!
