1/2 pound brisket with the BBQ sauce and jalapeño cream corn was the best I have ever had in my life.
The 🍖 was cooked to perfection. Great family environment. Love ❤️ it I would recommend to all my friends and family
Hands down the best BBQ I have ever eaten. Ribs are amazing, fork tender brisket
The jalapeño smoked sausage is a must try. The spicy bbq sauce is definitely the best I've had. The smoked flavor was on point. My only complaint was that my brisket and ribs were a little dry. We came near the end of the night so the meat had probably been sitting all day.

This was my first visit and, upon arriving for lunch at 11:30, It was already very busy but has plenty of tables and a good atmosphere. I would suggest having a menu to include plate pricing as it is easy to spend far too much money with the ala-carte selections. Still satisfied and will return soon!
We flew into Texas for the Cowboys vs Buccaneers game (Go Cowboys!) and was recommended this place by the hostess at our hotel. After searching for the 'Great food of Texas' to no avail, Hard Eight BBQ changed our views completely!! The prices sound as though you'll pay a fortune to dine there, but you choose the amount of meat that you want, i.e. 4 slices of this/that and another.
