Amy is the BEST!!!! I have been competing in women's bodybuilding for the past 3 years and my sessions with Amy allow me to continue to train at my best. I know with her help my muscles will look their very best on show day! Thanks for all you do.

Literally the best massage I have ever had in my entire life. If you hurt Amy will fix it! Her ability to find and work on specific areas of the body is unmatched. Seriously go see her!
My favorite stop for all my Crossfit aches and pains! Amy is very attentive and gives a great deep tissue massage. Under her talented hands, areas of tension I did not even know I had were uncovered and released. Amy is friendly and professional and exudes the confidence of someone who has years of experience and really enjoys her job. Her easy-to-get to office is clean with good energy. Very reasonably priced, highly recommend. I will be back soon!
Amy is amazing at what she does. I've had issues with my quads and she was able to release the tension. Very educated and knows exactly where the problem is without much explanation. Hands down the greatest Massage I've ever had. Not to mention the improvements with my weightlifting movements. Thanks Amy!!!!
