Absolutely pathetic excuse for a local real estate, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The women that work there are PROFESSIONAL BULLIES. If you act within your rights as a tenant they will target you. The property did not meet minimum housing standards for 18moths of tenancy. Great communication and price negotiations. Brad listened to my requirements and would regularly get in contact with potential buyers. He did a great job of selling my property at my required price range, updating me every step of the way. Brad walked me through the sale process all the way through to settlement. I would engage Brad again if wanting to buy or sell in the area.
