Disappointing to say the least. First attempt to contact Harcourts was via their online web 'contact us' form, waited two weeks with zero response, second attempt was via their contact PH# as displayed on their online 'contact us', explained the situation to the person on the phone as was promised that I would have a returned call soon to answer my questions, two weeks later still waiting. Not impressed at all, shoddy & unprofessional.
In addition to their exceptional customer service, the staff at this place goes above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of their customers. They are always friendly, attentive, and willing to assist with any needs or concerns. From my experience, they truly excel in their jobs and make the overall experience at this place even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for their amazing staff and top-notch customer service.
