My experience with Rachel was extremely disappointing. Personal items were removed and disposed of without any attempt to determine ownership or make contact, despite having been there for a very short period. I was also given conflicting information about what happened to the items, and my attempts to seek clarification and resolution were largely ignored. The handling of the situation was unprofessional and showed a lack of care and accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend dealing with this agency.
