Although my purchase settlement is to happen in a few weeks, I really wanted to write this review for Shaun Barclay. Highly recommend !!! He has been fantastic from the time I viewed the property prior to selling my own. His communication is absolutely flawless and his professional, caring nature is very genuine. I have worked in real estate for a short time many years ago and dealt with many Agents over the past 15 years, so I have enough experience to be able to write this review.
Dene will get you the sale across the line. So much choice for agents in the Bay. Go with one who doesn't panic if it doesn't sell in a week. He'll stay the course and knows the game.
