I recently moved to Harcourts Avanti from a different Property management company and Jason has been fantastic since day one. He was able to address all of my concerns satisfactorily and help with the transition from the previous company. When it was time to get my house rented, he was able to get it on the market and rented at the original asking price. He kept me informed at all times and actively worked to get issues laid flat. So far this has been a great experience, Thank you Jason, Ashley and Layne!

Since I hired the company to manage my rental property in San Diego, about three years ago, the management team has provided excellent service and support. Overall, I've been very satisfied with their PM services.
Harcourt Avanti has been managing several properties for me over the last ten years. The staff has always been responsive and professional if/when any issues arise. I could not have dealt with these properties without them. I’ve worked with other property management companies and they fell well short of Avanti team.
