This property management company is not at all very responsive. They don’t respond in a timely manner to requests sent to them through VRBO without constant follow up and resending the same messages. They also make appointments to show you a property and don’t show up. They also don’t maintain their stated office hours and their phone numbers on their web site are incorrect. The owners of their properties should be made aware of their bad business practices and find someone else to represent them.

I recently moved to Harcourts Avanti from a different Property management company and Jason has been fantastic since day one. He was able to address all of my concerns satisfactorily and help with the transition from the previous company. When it was time to get my house rented, he was able to get it on the market and rented at the original asking price. He kept me informed at all times and actively worked to get issues laid flat. So far this has been a great experience, Thank you Jason, Ashley and Layne!
Harcourts Avanti Property Management is a great company and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch property management services. Since I hired the company to manage my rental property in San Diego, about three years ago, the management team has provided excellent service and support. Overall, I've been very satisfied with their PM services.
