We have two rental properties which were managed by another agency. They were known for lack of communication and transparency. The matters got worse over time and particularly when a tenant failed to pay rent for several months. It took us several months, and numerous emails and letters, to get them to transfer the management to Harcourts Avanti and close out our account.
