Received such brilliant service from Mara who inspected our rental today — very efficient, quick and thorough & brought such a wonderful warm energy into the house; myself and my housemates were extremely grateful for Mara making the inspection process so stress-free, respectful and friendly. Mara was quick to send in maintenance requests when finding faults which was so greatly appreciated. It’s been a fantastic service to have Mara as a consistent inspector which has been such a highlight in our tenancy with the agency.
We had our inspection yesterday and were pleased to see Mara again, as she is a familiar and friendly face. She always makes us feel comfortable and is an absolute pleasure to engage with. While our agent was lovely when I went to pick the keys, I’ve never been addressed so rude than by “Jenny” the lady who clearly hates her job working the front desk she should not be customer facing. She also spoke to my friend on a separate occasion the same way and we were both talking about a horrible lady and realised we were both talking about Jenny.
