We got there Late evening had a hard time finding the place ,"not well signed out front, had 3 goes at finding the alleyway out back, eventually got in the foyer to get the key needs to be better set up, found the gate in the alley parked car door to foyer needs to be better signed, went up lift then back down some stairs then unlock another door a bit lke a rabbit warren, "Harbourside Luxury" I think NOT, sounds lovely BUT you overlook a dirty back alley then a train line , a road then old freight buildings ,"no sign of a H... read more

A standard apartment that has been incorrectly advertised as “luxury”, “modern” and “with balcony views overlooking the harbour”. We stayed in apartment 2 for four nights. Firstly the good things - great location for access to all Freo has to offer, short walk to bathers beach and apartment is well equipped and spacious. The provided snacks were appreciated. Was advertised as Luxury apartment on Hotels.com. Booked apt 2 but was given apt 4. No luxury at all and not really Harbourside if you are expecting to see the harbour but you can see the train tracks and harbour buildings. Car park so small could hardly squeeze mazda cx3 in. Bedding was terrible - only doona cover and no doona or blankets. Bed sheets did not fit and looked like has not been changed. Appliances (dish washer and washing machine) were old and very noisy. Perfect location. The apartment was well set out clean comfortable had an outside courtyard that added a touch of excellence. The kitchen was well setup and easily accessible. We loved staying here and would stay again.

This is the second time we have stayed at Harbourside Luxury Apartments and can not recommend them highly enough. The location is fabulous, the apartments are clean and spacious and are exactly like they look on the website. We had one small issue on arrival and that was was quickly resolved with one phone call. We need to come to Perth annually and this will be our accommodation of choice. Thank you we had a wonderful stay and will be back.
