Good Home for 4 Years I currently live in a 2 BR with a roommate. The apartment is very spacious and gives us both room to do our own thing. Never had a problem with neighbors, the floors and walls are thick so I barely hear them. It's close to downtown Northville, where we do most of our shopping. Maintenance is always quick and humble, very nice people! I wish they had 3 BR townhomes, or else I would stay longer. Thank you for a wonderful 4 years!

Best place for a family! We moved to Harbour Village in July 2017. The main reason was that it gave us the option to go month to month after a year lease. We also liked very much the idea that it was pretty much in front of the State Police. That also helped in our decision and because I did not see any comments related to people breaking in or something like that. This is home I moved to Harbour Village Apartments two years ago, and live in a upper 2 bedroom apartment. I have to say, my experience here has been absolutely wonderful, and I don't share those sentiments lightly. My apartment is quiet and clean. Very nice apartments I've lived at Harbour Village for about 2 years and haven't had a single problem. The apartments are nice inside and the maintenance team is super fast. I asked them to look at fixing an issue with my bathroom sink and not only did they fix it in a few hours, but they installed a nice new faucet as well. There is decent privacy in the community with a lot of trees and a large park. There are a lot of families with young kids running around, so if that's not your thing, it could get annoying. Great dwelling place! My wife and I stayed at the Harbour Village apartment for two years after moving all the way from Dallas, TX. When we first encountered this apartment complex during our apartment hunting, we were impressed with the environment surrounding this complex and felt very welcomed by the apartment staff (Ashley), and the complex is only 5-7 minutes away from the beautiful downtown Northville. Hidden Gem As 2-21 year-old college kids, we were looking for apartments for MONTHS. This place just showed up on our radar one day and we jumped on the opportunity. Couldn't have asked for a better first home. Close to everything you'd need, spacious, beautiful landscapes, safe and it doesn't break the bank. It's gonna be hard to find somewhere better than Crystal Lake.

I Absolutely LOVE Coming HOME I did not want to move into an apartment from a house. My children had grown up and moved out and they kept urging me to downsize from the responsibility of living in a single family house. It took me years to make the move. Northvilles' Best I have lived here for 4 years & don't plan on moving. They are always updating, just installed new toilets. When I moved in the apartment was spotless! The staff is kind and quick to resolve everything. My rent has increased but I've looked in the area and no other apartments in the area compare for the quality and price. I recommend Harbour Village Apartments!

The best apartment ever Crystal Lake Apartments are on Crystal Lake in Pontiac Michigan. They are very private. Very quiet. You feel like you found the perfect vacation spot but you live here. The lake view is incredible. The apartment itself is renovated with laminate floors throughout and a huge carpeted bedroom. I have my own washer and dryer provided by the apartment owners.
