I wanted to give this place a chance even though it had mixed reviews. I emailed Rachel asking for an appointment to look at options on a weekend, since I work Monday through Friday full time. Since they aren't open on weekends, I requested a day off from work during the week to look at this place. I called Rachel and we decided on Monday at 2 PM. We used to love it here. Have had issues with neighbors dogs barking all hours of the night. No one is ever in the office. Have called on 5 different occasions with no return phone call. Saw multiple spiders and had to call 3 times to get pest control out here. Have had a maintenance request in for a new light in the hall way since October and no one returns the call or has been out. The old property manager was great, now everything has gone to shit! The old staff made up for the outdated apartments. Not anymore. Not a grea... read more
