Great Apartment Homes We lived at this apartment before and we totally loved it. The building is still new, about 7 years old now and in really good condition. The apartment has a pretty good size and nice 9 feet ceiling. Each apartment has washer and dryer so you don't have to share. It also has refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and oven. The maintenance service is also good, you just need to call if something broke down and they will send someone to repair it. And to top of it, it's in a really nice neighborhood.

I rented from Madison Property management for a year, my deposit was 850. upon moving out the took half of it for cleaning everything that was already dirty on the check-in form i filled out.. When i disputed it MPM told me they didnt have my original check-in form anymore because they are new to the property.. I had to get a lawyer to get my money back. Now im renting from Harbour Town for the last 9 months and am very pleased so far. :)
