This company and their owner Jeffery were amazing. They are quick to handle any issues on their properties and always kind. I damaged some things in the unit I rented and they were more than reasonable with deductions from my security deposit. 10/10 would recommend!
Harbour Realty is true garbage company. Not only my brother John is the most honest man you could ever meet, also a role model for the community. Harbour Realty confiscated a percentage of his security deposit without him being present during the moving out inspection. Harbour Realty should brush their teeth before talking about my brother. HARBOUR REALTY is not honest.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I lived in one of their properties for 6 years. THEY NEVER IMPROVED NOR BETTER THE APARTMENT UNIT I LIVED IN. After 6 years of paying my rent on time and being a good tenant, they deducted $ 240 just for regular wear & tear of the apartment. Also, after 6 years of good tenancy; they kept $ 60 for an extended stay of only 2 days. That is MISERY at its craziest.
