Terrible service, rude manager and the place looks very suspicious. Not an official facility, looks like someone's low budget apartment. He did do his job, but failed to give me back the screws for my laptop.
Bob came in and fixed my husband's PC, super nice guy, efficient and very helpful. Answered all of our questions.
