My experience here was almost perfect until the very end. There was minor issues when I moved in with them not having the place ready in time and leaving some supplies behind at move in. I also communicated to staff issues that did not bother me at move in but wanted to make aware so I would not be billed for them later. I lived at this property for 4 years. Please expect to pay a high dollar balance when you move out. I’d suggest request the tub to be reglazed prior to you moving out or they will charge you for it (not cheap). They even mentioned that if I would’ve requested it, they would’ve done it for free during my lease. I recently moved out early from my apartment. I paid the lease break fee months before I left, with confirmation from the office and receipts. Yet the day I move out, even before I turned in my keys, they sent me a final bill saying I owed over $2,000 (which I had paid). I got a call from a collections company a few days later.
