**UPDATE** Wanted to give an update, because although the application and move in process is important, having information about the actual apartments would be helpful! Amber was super welcoming, and went over all of our paperwork and move in stuff with us as well as took us to our new apartment! She was very friendly and was excited to help us out! Update: DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!! New staff is always kind until they get trained by the rude, unprofessional dismissive management!!! Scammers!! i was recently put in a very uncomfortable compromising situation and now I live in an unsafe living environment! Due to past negative encounters with the office manager ( who is allowed to act in emotions) most of the tenants suffer in silence and do not want to subject themselves with additional confrontations with Jessica or any other office staff.
