Just signed a new lease. Love it here. Compliments on the new fence around the dog park. Very attractive and inviting.
I love it here! The price for rent is the best in town by far and the service is amazing! The leasing office staff are extremely nice and helpful. Any time I have had to put in a maintenance request, the maintenance staff member was on site in a matter of hours. The complex is extremely safe, clean, and very dog friendly. It is surrounded by neighborhoods so there are great walking and running paths. The apartments are extremely spacious and have the largest outdoor, screened in patios I have seen on an apartment. 6 weeks and still no ac in my friend's apt. How is that even legal??

Hello, Jennifer, while we always strive to resolve issues as quickly as possible, in certain instances repairs might be delayed due to the ordering of parts and in this case, unforeseen natural circumstances with Hurricane Irma. During this time, we did our best to be accommodating and make your friend as comfortable as possible with the resources available to us. Although the issue was resolved, unfortunately, it did not end up working up for your friend in our community but we wish them all the best in their current home.
Been living here for going on three years. Monica and Robin in the office are great. The three gentlemen who work Maintenance are outstanding. They waste know time taking care of the tenets needs. I have lived in two other apartments in my lifetime and Harbor Bay out shines them both. The new office girl. Well they could of done better for a new hire. But living here has been great and plan on to continue to renew my lease in the future. Great job team.

When I moved down here I had never even seen the apartments or the location. I could not have picked a better place. The location is perfect (so close to shopping and the interstate), the apartment was amazing and the complex is so well kept. The office staff was amazing and maintenance was there the same day to fix any issue that arose.

I might have given this place a better rating considering the several positive aspects of the community, but as I sit here in my bedroom listening to my toilet constantly running off and on every minute at least even after maintenance "fixed" it for the second time I'm reminded of the numerous other bad experiences I've had with maintenance in only 6 months of living here and I can't help but feel frustrated. I'll be back in the office on Monday to put in yet another maintenance request and hopefully someone will have the ti... read more
