RecommendedI highly recommend this apartment complex. Its in a very convenient location right off 95. They keep the grounds kept up nice. It's quiet and clean. The office staff Rachel and Kathy are super helpful and kind. When I moved in there were a few minor things that needed fixed. They came right away with no problem.
the complex is beautiful! i moved all the way from New York and i was recommended Harbour bay i did a virtual tour and i was excited. the process went smooth and Kathy was and is such a big help ! the apartment is beautiful and spacious big enough for my family! so excited for my new journey!

Kathy in the leasing office was amazing in making my first time getting an apartment super easy! She was kind and patient and answered all of my questions quickly! Definitely a great first place to live
i would like to defiently recommend Harbour Bay apartments aswell recommending Kathy and exceptional leasing agent she was very attentive patient respectful does her job extremely well always with a postive attitude. i am very happy to have chosen Harbour bay apartments. 🤗

Once again compliments to Harbour Bay staff! Wrote a work order on water leak from water tank closet at 10 o’clock last night, it’s now 9:15 AM and problem has been solved; fixed cleaned up and all is well. Thank you Jonathan and staff.
This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at in Florida. I just renewed my lease. The staff and maintenance men are so friendly and every work order I put in for is completed that day !!!
