This place has the best ice cream any where in the USA! The beautiful view of the boats and harbor is just an extra fun and relaxing place to sit and enjoy smooth creamy ice cream in a cup, cone or sugar waffle. We make it a top priority to stop in and enjoy every time we are in Punta Gorda.

I have been a long time lover of this ice cream shop, though I usually get the shaved ice. As a lifetime member of the lactose intolerance club, the shaved ice or sorbet were my only options. As tasty as those are, sometimes you just need chocolate, vanilla, or anything resembling ice cream�. Harbor Scoops delivers with their new vegan chocolate.
