The best Ice Cream the the country..... We are part time residence in Punta Gorda and no trip is complete without our many ice cream visits. Not only is the Ice cream the best, the portions and price are even better. Ron, Claudia and the Harborwalk Scoop staff are wonderful and make you feel so welcomed. A true Gem on our wonderful tropical paradise. A place where they always know you by name
