We love living here! Sandy, Alberto, Michelle and Freddie are the most friendly and attentive staff we’ve met! They truly care and make Avalon feel like home. The property is maintained with a great attention to detail. The Avalon team are always happy to help if you have a need. The area is so quiet and tranquil—there are countless marine birds and sea lions to oogle at. The views and close proximity to the beach just can’t be beat. I can’t see us wanting to move any time soon!

This is a great community! Sandy keeps it immaculate & running well. Michelle keeps everyone organized and efficient. And the entire staff is genuinely helpful and pleasant.
Nice apartment, quality maintenance and management The apartments at Avalon are newly renovated and really nice inside. I have a 1st floor unit, which has laminate floors throughout the entire kitchen and living room - an awesome feature. The community pool, gym, and rooftop lounge are well maintained and rarely crowded. Management and maintenance staff have always been friendly and quick to respond to any issues, and thankfully we haven't experienced any problems other than some basic wear and tear issues. 72 and sunny mixed with sail boats and sunsets I live at the Avalon apartments in Marina del Rey and I love it. I share my paradise with two doggies and my hard working hubby. these apartment's have the biggest balconies in MdR and the neighbors are all do freindly. The apartments are modern and cozy with lots of extras. in apt. washer driers, pool,hot tube,workout room, marina stroll,food truck Thursday and month community event.
