Apartment in Decline I hate to give this place a low rating but the problems are really starting to stack up. The actual apartments are great and the location in the Marina is perfect. But over the last year and a half, a lot has gone downhill. There have been numerous instances of theft and vandalism to the apartments, cars, and bikes. Building in decline This property used to be great - not perfect, apartments never are, but it was a nice place to live. And yes, management companies are usually a pain in the neck but AMC Management, which took over 1+ years ago, is uniquely bad. All their other properties are mid to lower tier and they are clearly not used to managing luxury apartments at this price point. Watch Out: New Management Ever since the new management company (and new owners) took over in late 2019, things have gone south. There's a reason they had to do a town hall at the request of the many angry tenants, but the result was nothing but empty promises. I've lived here for more than 4 years and was happy, but will move out now.

I have lived at Avalon Marina Bay for more than a year now. It is the best place in the Marina - and we looked around very carefully before moving in. The staff is absolutely amazing. They are friendly and accommodating and never make you feel like you are imposing on them. They care about the property - and are constantly painting, picking up trash and cleaning the property. Avalon is the best. The location is walking distance from the beach with a full view of the harbor. The neighbors know each other and can be seen enjoying a dog walk or cup of joe. This is a great community. The staff are so helpful. Everyone in the office is so attentive. I lost my keys and they promptly helped me with that. They are always on time! Love this marina. My boat has never had a better home. Thank you Avalon Marina Bay!!!!!!
Top notch staff. Very responsive and gave of nice and shiny clean carpets
