If I could give zero stars I would. Me and my Mother in Law went in for xrays for her neck and back and they ended up giving her an x-ray of her hip, which she was not what she came in for. After waiting an hour and a half, we decided to go check on the status of the other proper xrays and they hadn't even been ordered. The nurse sent a message through to the doctors and they called her back in which I was not allowed back with her due to "Patients Only" policy. They were very quick and professional Cintia and Healy were very kind and professional also helped me getting insurance. And Ofc U have to wait for them to call for you. And it could take hours but is a hospital what do u expect.
El peor hospital que puedas ir si quieres esperar mas de 10 horas y no ser atendido puedes ir a ese hospital y no saben darte ni información de cuanto tiempo mas es de espera muy poco profesionales y la verdad muy mala organización busque otras opciones
Waiting longer forever because full patient room
Waited 8 hours in the emergency room to be told my room was almost ready at least 3 times. It was making me sicker the more I sat there. At least night shift nurse for pain gave me more than Tylenol. The staff was nice but not empowered. They said there is no management on the weekend so you know how that goes....
