Misleading rent prices. Felt like when she saw me she changed everything about rent prices specially when I made the appointment rent was like over 800 more. Plus I have section eight didn't even see or even show me the apartments.
Evan, our Community Manager is amazing! Swift response and super helpful with answering questions and providing excellent service to residents. I can have a lot of questions (at times) but Evan is always very respectful and responsive to whatever is asked. I’ve been a resident here for a year now and have enjoyed my experience living at Harbor Terrace Apts.
